Important Member Announcements
To date, OLLI's Annual Fund has exceeded the goal for 2012-2013 by over 50%! We're grateful for the broad-based member participation -- almost 500 members so far. Thanks, also, to those who reduce OLLI staff expenses by volunteering their time and talent. Given markedly lower investment income from the Osher endowment than in previous years, this member support is invaluable.
Attend the Annual Meeting & Ice Cream Social on May 15 at the First Presbyterian Church in Ashland. Come at 3:00 pm for ice cream and be present for the business portion that begins at 3:30 pm. The meeting will cover the Restated Bylaws, future facility plans, OLLI's finances and staff changes.

Forum Videos on Demand
Did you miss one of OLLI's recent Community Forums in Medford? We have videotaped the last several programs and posted them on the OLLI website. Just added is "We're All Globalized Now" with political analyst James Moore. This is a great way to enjoy these programs if you had a schedule conflict or, as is the case with the Forum on May 9, there is a capacity crowd.

Special Events at SOU
Tap into Grandmother Power! Author and photojournalist Paola Gianturco will relate stories of activist grandmothers in a free public lecture in the Rogue River Room of the SOU Stevenson Union on May 9 from 7:00 to 8:30pm. Grandfathers and others who care about children are welcome, too! Free parking in lot on S. Mountain Avenue. Click here for details.
