Happy Halloween! ACM kicked off a busy October with our Fall board meeting, which was held October 7-8, to begin the new strategic planning process. During the meeting, we were happy to meet with our national partners, including AAM, ASTC, the National Park Service, KaBOOM!, as well as newly-confirmed IMLS Director Dr.Kit Matthew.
Put your organization's ad in the hands of every InterActivity attendee. Increase awareness for your expertise, product, or exhibit each time they look up information on sessions, plenary speakers, and evening events before, during, and after the conference. The Preliminary Program comes out in January 2016 and is an online only publication. The deadline to place an ad in the Preliminary Program is November 13, 2015.
Look for the new issue of Hand to Hand, centered on the the topic of Fundraising, in your mailbox! The forthcoming issue of Hand to Hand will focus on the topic of amenities and we would like your help in understanding the topic a bit further. Please take a few minutes to respond to the following survey.
As always, please contact ACM if you need assistance. We are here to help!

Join the YOUmedia Learning Labs CoP |
The YOUmedia Learning Labs Network Community of Practice ("CoP") is an open, online platform dedicated to new kinds of thinking about what learning institutions can become in the 21st century. It is a place for museums, libraries, educators, and practitioners interested in asking questions from the practical to the theoretical, to share ideas, access and contribute resources, and work collaboratively to solve problems and improve practice. The CoP is supported by the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
