Restorative Flow Workshop with Lizzie 

Join Lizzie Lasater for a Friday night immersion into the radical pleasure of deceleration. The class begins with a delicious slow flow to unwind our bodies from the week. We then transition into a Restorative Flow practice to soothe our nervous systems and release stress.

The Friday Evening Workshop is open to all levels.

Finding Silence | Restorative Yoga Teacher Training Level

In this training you will learn straightforward techniques for teaching introversion and stillness. You will gain the ability to offer your students ways to soothe their overstimulated sympathetic nervous systems and find relief from the stress of their busy lives. Paradoxically, by giving your students the gift of intense rest, they will discover more energy for family, work and creativity.
