Why do YOU practice yoga? I just loved the slogan above that I stumbled upon recently. A reminder to aim high, and practice yoga to become a better person. 

One of my favorite yoga teachers Max Strom also emphasizes personal growth. Using the tools of mindfulness, breath-work, and breath-based yoga movement in his books and workshops. Did you know he will be back at Yoga Moves in February?   

I know stress can affect the way we communicate with others, in a negative way. I am no exception, I get agitated and snap at colleagues, friends and especially loved ones in stressful times. Bringing me even further away from the feeling of connection that I long for. 

Restorative Yoga and breathing can be a great tool to help us relax and rest deeply, releasing that stress and creating space to open our hearts to ourselves and others. 

Need to let go of stress and relax too? Bring your loved one, friend or family to Lizzie's workshop upcoming Sunday. This workshop is suitable for complete beginners and a great opportunity to relax completely, sharing yoga with those people that matter to you most.
