Yoga Moves Poll
Incense anyone? Some love the smell and calming effects of these special sticks. Others dislike it and have health issues.

We live in fast and furious times. Often I feel like a bee buzzing from flower to flower. Enjoying it, but not feeling completely connected to what I am doing. Getting inspiration from different angles can be eye opening at times, but how do you make it stick?

Sometimes you just have to take the time to dig deeper. Like the story about the man digging for water, you need to stick with it to get lasting results. So instead of digging multiple shallow holes, dig deeper and finally reach the source.

Yoga Moves offers you a few nice possibilities to dive deeper in ashtanga, yin & slow flow or vinyasa yoga in the upcoming month.

So dig deeper. You might be surprised on what you will find.

Slow Flow & Yin Yoga Sadhana
...."rarely felt so taken care of in body, mind, and soul. Anoshe Overington is a Yin yogini with enormous knowledge and an impressive ability to bring across the practical and spiritual aspects of teaching this very special kind of yoga".

Ashtanga Yoga Weekend
"Every aspect of ashtanga yoga was touched upon, from the yoga sutras, the asana's, relaxation techniques and chanting. I learned a lot about ashtanga yoga but also about myself. Ingeborg and Marilou are inspiring teachers who love to share their knowledge and remain open to the knowledge and experiences from the group. They challenge you to discover ashtanga yoga in a friendly way, motivating you to really practice your yoga."

Going Deeper
"For me, this training helped me to integrate yoga into my daily life; to do my own yoga instead of someone else's yoga. And it really revealed the essence of yoga; practicing yoga helps you learn about yourself, your relationship to others and the world. Yoga is life - life is yoga!"
