Seize the day and do things that lift your spirit! The summer months are a wonderful time in the city Utrecht. The canals are filled with little boats, city parks are full of people and the terraces are alive until late in the evening. Time to fully enjoy those times alone, with loved ones or friends. Being in the moment, even just briefly... it's magic. 
 
In this issue we hope to inspire you to seize the day (pluk de dag!) and in that spirit our teachers have created beautiful workshops . 

So learn something new and explore your yoga with Marilou, Ingeborg, Daniela, Simon & Daphne. All workshops are nice and long (3 hours) and €30 for our Infinity Members (€39 normal price). What element of yoga have you always wanted to explore? Read further.

September means the start of a new season and... a new schedule. This time no printed copies (save the planet!), but you can find the new schedule online. New, are our three early morning wake up classes and the hatha & yoga nidra (yoga of sleep)  class on Tuesday Morning. So we have something to offer for all you early birds, nights owls and insomniacs. Let us know what you think!

Starting September - you can start to enjoy early morning Wake Up yoga classes at Yoga Moves.  Each class will be a mixture of: Flow, breath, strength and balance. 

Enjoy one hour of pure energy for your day.

Hilary Brown and Maszena Stanecka will be your early morning guides. 

There are good reasons for getting up early to practice yoga!  It's the (not so secret) trick to yoga:  Do your yoga in the morning and you enjoy yoga all day long!

No more "normal" excuses like: time, sleep, stiffness etc...

A Hatha & Yoga Nidra class, includes a gentle practice with breath work followed by Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra means sleep with full awareness. It is a deep relaxation and meditation technique for body, mind and soul.

Yoga Nidra will give incredible calmness, quietness and clarity on a mental, physical and emotional level. It helps with better sleep, stress relieve and improves concentration, creativity and intuition.
