Ring the alarm, our summer schedule is out and call us crazy instead of cutting a couple of classes we added them! Schedule started 1 June so please check the schedule before going to your favourite class (it may start a bit earlier or later).

We have added some fun classes like Viola's Yoga for Runners on Wednesday Evenings. Get together with your fellow AcroYogi's (or become one!) on Saturday Eve. And Anja is giving a Yoga Nidra class on the hot summer Sundays - also known as sleep yoga (yummy!). And Yoga Moves offers an Iyengar (yoga technique) program. 

Not ready for the summer yet? No sweat, Jennifer's morning Pilates classes will get your core ready for the Summer. Summer bodies are made in the Spring.

runYoga & Running  
Wednesdays 18.45 with Viola Murgia

In this Running & Yoga class you will be taken for a nice run through Utrecht City Centre. During this class we will alternate short running / jogging sequences with yoga poses. We will focus on increasing your mental focus and teach you how to breathe properly while running. 

You don't need to be in top shape to join this class. Especially those who just started running are invited to join! Just take your running shoes with you and wear something you can move comfortably in. Go for it! 
NidraHatha & Yoga Nidra
Sundays 19.30 with Anja Mosselaar

Relax into your Sunday evenings this Summer with Hatha & Yoga Nidra. Anja Mosselaar will guide you through a gentle hatha practice ending with a delicious and deeply relaxing yoga nidra.
 
Yoga nidra means sleep with full awareness, and induces complete relaxation in the mind and body. It will bring you incredible calmness, quietness and clarity. It helps with better sleep, stress relieve and 
improves concentration. 
iyengarIyengar Yoga & Yoga Technique Classes

This Summer we offer a full Iyengar (yoga technique) program with some new to Yoga Moves teachers. Come and check them out! Let us know what you think. 

 

In an Iyengar Yoga class, the teacher helps you focus on correct alignment in the postures to develop strength, stamina, flexibility and balance. By performing the postures with awareness, you improve your concentration and come to 'meditation in action'.
