For the first time ever, Yoga Moves offers a Ashtanga yoga teacher training, taught by Brian Cooper. He is one of UK's leading and most respected yoga teachers. Don't know  if you are ready for the teacher training yet? Curious and serious students can first join the Warm-up weekend with Marilou and Ingeborg, designed to help you dive deeper into the method of the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Or join the Drishti and Bandha workshop with Jurre and explore the subtle but important role of Bandha and Dristhti in your ashtanga practice.

Ashtanga teacher training with Brian Cooper
25-29 Nov is the first module, followed by 4 more long weekends

Become an internationally registered yoga teacher from Yoga Moves and Yoga Alliance (RYT-200)! This training uses the Primary Series as the basic structure.

What you will learn: yoga philosophy and history, anatomy, healthy breathing patterns, techniques in ashtanga vinyasa, learning to adjust, developing verbal communication skills and much more..

Join Marilou in this wonderful workshop! Whether you are new  to Ashtanga or you have been practicing for a while, this course will help you bring your practice to the next level! Join Marilou and deepen your understanding of this dynamic style of yoga!

Both mornings we will start with
Pranayama (Breath work) and Led Class Full Primary Series. In the afternoons we will delve into the Philosophy and Key Elements of Ashtanga Yoga, Expolore asanas in details, Pranayama & Meditation.
