The week with James consists of two parts: the Sadhana practice sessions in the morning, and the Teachers exploration of spiritual leadership in the afternoon. You can take the whole package or join them separately.

Sadhana practice (join 1 or all sessions!)

Asana, meditation, pranayama and peaceful rest. You will get re-connected to the reasons you long to practice (and teach). It offers a combination of deep, nourishing and steady long (4 hours each day) practice sessions. Dive deeply into the flow of your own flow for 6 days! You can also join 1 or more sessions separately. 

Spiritual leadership as yogis & teachers
8 - 11 May    |    14.00 -16.00

Explore the edges of your teaching and gain insight into offering more. Gain knowledge of the technical aspects of physical asana practice but also in support of the greater spiritual and human aspects of connection, healing, and personal transformation.
