Maintain Your Identity...
When you're been told your nobody

Ministry wives know many women who have been abused. Abuse comes in many forms but one of the most devastating is verbal abuse. Women can come to believe the abusive words spoken over them as truth. Lies spoken as truth that defines her identity. Our great enemy uses these lies to speak darkness into their very souls. A woman has a choice in whether she will believe the lies or fight the good fight to believe what her God speaks over her. IF you have deposited your faith and trust in Jesus Christ as your only sufficient Lord and Savior, you are saved. (Acts 16:31.) You can apply the following to your life and begin a new walk with the certainty of whom you are, the purpose of who you are, and rediscover your true significance in this life. IF you have not believed in Christ and you have not deposited your faith in Him, then I invite you to make that decision now. Being saved indicates a position where the Lord of the Universe, your creator, and creator of heaven and earth, is your Savior, your friend, your Father. In Him you are justified, sanctified, protected, and loved. The following TRUTHS are just a few of the promises in the Bible that He holds for you:
YOUR JUSTIFIED POSITION Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. (Romans 5:1) ...being justified as a gift (freely) by His Grace (unconditional) through the redemption (not cheap), which is in Christ Jesus. (Romans 3:24) BELIEVE IT AND LIVE IT! Faith is your foundation to get up each day with peace and encouragement to confront any situation. The grace of God; given to you; you don't earn it. Jesus Christ has redeemed you. It cost the King of Glory ALL of Him. He willingly gave because He had you in mind. He has risen! SANCTIFIED ...to open their eyes so that they may turn from darkness to light and from the dominion of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who have been sanctified by faith in Me. (Acts 26:18). When all is dark and it seems that there is no light, God will open your eyes to see that there is Hope. He is light. He has forgiven you and separated you for Himself. You have an inheritance. You are the daughter of a king! Do not allow anyone to make you feel less than this. PROTECTED No harm befalls the righteous, but the wicked are filled with trouble. (Proverbs 12:21) Maybe your spouse or the person whom you trust is not serving as your defender or protector. Have faith, God is your Defender, and He sees all things that beset you. He protects you. (Psalms 34:7) LOVED For God so loved that world that He gave His only begotten son that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. (John 3:16) You may feel that none of the good you do counts for anything or someone else does it better. It seems that the wrong you do is highlighted. You walk as if on eggshells so as not to offend or to not bring attention to yourself. God Sees You. God loves you unconditionally. All that was necessary for your eternal redemption was established in love. God's love is not only the pivot point, it is the climax! He loves you. Embrace that truth. Mantener su identidadCuando te ha dicho que eres nadie 
Me he tomado la libertad de exponer en el siguiente estudio unas verdades b�blicas que pueden ayudar a la mujer tan consistentemente abusada que parece perder su identidad. Has cre�do las mentiras que se te han dicho a tal grado que las empiezas a creer. El abuso verbal o f�sico puede destruir el car�cter sano de una mujer. Hay buenas nuevas para ti. Si has depositado tu fe y confianza en Jes�s Cristo como tu �nico y suficiente Se�or y Salvador, eres salva. (Hechos 16:31.) Puedes aplicar lo siguiente a tu vida y empezar un camino hacia la certidumbre de quien eres, porque eres, y descubrir tu verdadero significado en esta vida.
Si no has cre�do en Jesucristo y ni has depositado tu fe completa en el, entonces necesitas hacerlo ya y tomarlo de la mano hacia un nuevo nacimiento y un nuevo porvenir. Ser salva indica una posici�n donde el Se�or del universo, tu creador y el creador de los cielos y la tierra, es tu Salvador.
En El eres, justificada, santificada, protegida, y amada. Esta verdad enreda y envuelve lo siguiente para ti.
TU POSICI�N JUSTIFICADA
Justificados pues por la fe, tenemos paz para con Dios por medio de nuestro Se�or Jesucristo. (Romanos 5:1)...siendo justificados gratuitamente por su gracia, mediante la redenci�n que es en Cristo Jes�s.(Romanos 3:24)
CREERLO Y VIVIRLO
Fe es tu base para levantarte cada dia con paz y animo para enfrentarte con cualquier situaci�n. La gracia de Dios se te ha dado gratis, no te la ganas con nada porque no tiene precio. Jesucristo te ha redimido. Todo esto es gratis para ti pero no fue barato. Le costo al Rey de Gloria sufrimiento y su vida. El puso su vida por ti por amor a ti. Pero animo, �ha resucitado!
SANTIFICADA
...para que abras sus ojos, para que se conviertan de las tinieblas a la luz, y de la potestad de satan�s a Dios; "Para que reciban, por la fe que es en mi, perd�n de pecados y herencia entre los santificados." (Hechos 26:18)
Cuando todo esta obscuro y parece ser que no hay luz, Dios te abrir� los ojos para que veas que hay esperanza. El es luz. El te ha perdonado y separado para El mismo. Tienes herencia, �eres hija de un rey! No permitas que nadie te haga sentir menos que esto.
PROTEGIDA
Tu compa�ero, o la persona que tanto amas, no esta sirvi�ndote de defensor y protector quiz�s porque esta muy envuelto en lo suyo. Ten animo, Dios es tu defensor, El ve todas las cosas. El te protege. (Salmo 34:7) "Ninguna adversidad acontecer� al justo; mas los imp�os ser�n colmados de males." (Proverbios 12:21)
AMADA
Parece que ning�n bien que haces cuenta. Parece que todo lo que haces esta mal o mal hecho o alguien lo hace mejor. Andas como quien dice: "sobre cascarones" para no ofender. Dios te ama incondicionalmente. El muri� por ti cuando ni siquiera pensabas en El. Todo lo necesario para tu eterna redenci�n, en amor fue establecido. No necesitas hacer nada para merecerlo. El amor de Dios es lo sumo. El te ama. Abraza esa verdad. "Porque de tal manera amo Dios al mundo que ha dado a su hijo unig�nito para que todo aquel que en El crea no se pierda mas tenga vida eterna."
(Juan 3:16)
Espero que los vers�culos arriba te ayuden a verte a ti misma en el contexto con tu Dios. Que sepas, sin dudar, que Dios esta en control de todo el universo, toda su creaci�n, y toda la vida terrenal de principio a fin y hasta la eternidad. �Porque es importante saber esto? El da poder al d�bil y a los que no tienen fuerzas, El aumenta sus fuerzas. Isa�as 40:29
No hay nada que nosotros podemos hacer para nuestra salvaci�n ni para merecerla. El esta en completo control del universo y de TU vida. Entonces, a la luz de esta verdad, tienes que confiar que todo lo que acontezca en tu vida, El lo ha permitido. El tiene un prop�sito para cada cosa. Si, aun para el sufrimiento que estas pasando. Una hermana muy querida me aconsejo que: "La cruz no es instrumento de tortura, sino de muerte." Asi que morimos de una sola vez para El y vivimos para El.
Podemos hacernos a nosotras mismas las victimas si nos dejamos. Al ser victimizadas, vamos a andar chillando por cada cosa. No me vio bien, no me saludo, no me abrazo, ni el beso me dio al salir, ni las gracias me dio, etc. Y cada vez que se repita la ofensa, vamos a reaccionar con llanto y dolor. Yo se que el dolor es real y se siente profundamente pero podemos hacer algunas cosas para salvaguardar nuestras emociones. Porque guardarlas? - porque se demuestra en nuestro semblante
- porque afecta nuestro caminar con Dios
- porque no demostramos la gloria de Dios
- porque no confiamos que Dios esta en control
- porque no impactamos a nuestro hogar o nuestro alrededor
He conocido mujeres que se meten en su concha y piensan que no deben lidiar ni servir en la iglesia por causa de sus problemas. Esta es una falsa humildad. Es cierto que las personas que abusan, en cierto modo quieren humillar a la persona y pisotearla, quiz�s con el motivo de mantenerlas abajo y reprimidas. La verdadera humildad es cuando recocemos que nuestra esperanza esta en NADA/NADIE MAS que el amor de Cristo y su justicia. Un canto dice: En mi mano no cargo precio, simplemente de la cruz de Cristo me sostengo. Hebreos 4:16 nos dice que "vengamos confiadamente al trono de gracia donde podemos obtener misericordia y gracia en el TIEMPO DE NECESIDAD." Que pasar�a si en vez de quedarte apagada en el piso donde fuiste pisoteada, te levantas con tu mirada en Cristo, con fe y esperanza. Fe de que Cristo es tu Se�or y Salvador. Esperanzada que el que empez� una buena obra en ti la terminara hasta ser perfecta.
Digo falsa humildad porque pensamos que nosotros NUNCA debemos sufrir. Nos sorprendemos cuando no todo mundo esta de nuestro lado y de nuestro parecer. Si nuestro Se�or Jesucristo sufri� desprecios, azotes, verg�enzas, injurias, y falso testimonio en contra de El, �porque pensamos que nosotros no debemos sufrir ni una fracci�n de lo que El sufri�? Nos indignamos. No, hermana, no debes indignarte. Prep�rate y espera que van a venir afrentas y conflictos en tu vida. Cuando lo esperas, no te asombraras y no reaccionaras sino que accionaras de la manera que nuestro Se�or nos ense�o. El dijo: "Perd�nalos Padre porque no saben lo que hacen." o que de lo que dice que debemos amar a nuestros enemigos...y, otra vez, debes perdonar 70 veces siete!!!" Mateo 18:21-22
Lo que pasa cuando hacemos esto en nuestro diario vivir es admitir que Cristo sufri� mucho mas que nosotros. Nosotros nunca vamos a sufrir mas que El, aun no sufriremos mas de los que han dado su vida por creer en Cristo. Tambi�n estas admitiendo que Dios esta en control de tu vida y tus circunstancias. Tambi�n estas pareci�ndote mas a tu Se�or y Salvador Jesucristo. Su car�cter de El se esta convirtiendo en tu personalidad...o tu personalidad se esta convirtiendo en el car�cter de Cristo.
En medio de todas tus experiencias, Dios quiere y puede usar tu vida. Traes al servicio de Dios una pasi�n por causa de tus experiencias. La Palabra de Dios se ha convertido en tu sost�n, tu apoyo, y tu abrigo. Por eso puedes compartir y dar.
El Salmista dice: "Me he consumido a fuerza de gemir: Todas las noches inundo de llanto mi lecho, Riego mi cama con mis lagrimas. Salmo 6:6
Lee todo el capitulo 6 de los Salmos. Te demuestra que Dios es tu liberador y te da misericordia. El todo lo ve, todo lo sabe, todo lo oye...y El recibe tu oraci�n (v.9). �Amen! �Gracias Se�or!
