Reaching Our Military on Guam
& Our Local Island People January-June 2016

Special Prayer Request!
Please be praying for our family, as our grandson, Kyle, and his wife, Lynda, lost their baby. It was in her eighth month of pregnancy. Pray for them and us for strength. We know little Elijah Jordan Stone is in heaven in the arms of Jesus.

Our sending church: New Life Baptist Church, Willard, MO

We want to apologize for not sending out a 1st Qtr. Report for January thru March. It was an inadvertent mistake on our part. We were certain it had been written and sent out, but when we opened up our email server to write the 2nd Qtr report, we saw that the first one had not been written and sent out. We apologize for this oversight. Perhaps old age is catching up with us.
Our Theme for 2016!
This year, we picked "Cast Out the Nets" as our theme. It works great for our people, as most of them are fishermen! One of the men brought in a fishing net and put it up in the back of the church. We pinned up the theme on it, and whenever someone gets saved, we put their face, name and the date they got saved on a tropical fish, and we pin it up to the net with a small safety pin. It's great, because I tell them, "Look at your fishies back there - if they aren't coming to church, go get them and bring them back!"
January - March
After we announced our theme for the year, our people seemed to like it and started going out fishing for souls! The first three months of the year, we saw 18 people coming to the Lord! God is so good!!! Six of those followed the Lord in Scriptural baptism. In one family, the Raigeligs, who are from Yap & Chuuk, the husband, wife, and two daughters were saved and Dad, Mom & one daughter were baptized.
April-June
For the last three months, as is normal during times of revival when souls are being saved, Satan has attacked our church in nearly every way possible. Families have been attacked, marriages broken apart. We need your prayers that our church will be able to persevere through these trials and tribulations. We know that God will bless and that these attacks are only minor setbacks in God's work in our church and on our island. In spite of the trials, we still saw one young lady saved in April and a young military couple saved in June. Also, one young man, Augustin, was baptized in April. God is still blessing and saving souls!
In His Service,
