Lots of Fiestas this weekend!!!!
 Rojales Romeria San Isidro
16th-18th May
The annual Fiesta in honour of San Isidro will take place in Rojales from the 16th to the 18th May 2014, with all activities being located in the El Recorral Park, Ciudad Quesada
The packed programme commences Friday evening with rock bands and mobile disco.
On Saturday there will be dancing, bands and traditional games.
The Romeria (float, normally pulled by bulls and procession) will start at the church in Rojales at 08:00 Sunday morning and take about 2 hours to reach the El Recorral Park, where all of the activities will be located. It will then return via the same route at 20:30 in the evening.
Also on Sunday, there will be free Paella and more games, dancing music and bands.
A superb weekend of activities for all the family, food and drink available form the huge marquee and beer tent.

Torrevieja May Fair 2014
From 14th to 18th May 2014
Every day the fair will be held you will be able to enjoy non-stop sevillanas and eat at its marquees.

Wednesday 14th was the inauguration with a firework display and the symbolic switching on of lights, to open the Fair.
Entrance to the Fair Ground is free although tickets are required for the seated area.
If you have not visited the Fair before, put it in your diary now, as this is one of the most colourful fiestas in Torrevieja and includes a display of horses and carriages on Saturday and Sunday, singing and dancing each evening (be warned it starts late!) food, food, food and a libation or two. Don't miss it and make sure you take your camera to capture this most colourful of events, second only to the Ferias in Andalusia itself, in size and spectacle.

A full programme of events including concerts, dance shows,craft fair, games and free paella.
The procession starts on Sunday at 10am to the pine tree area and back to the church in the evening.
