JUNE UPDATE
Greetings!

Thanks to all for an amazing day at the Jett Golf Classic!
Thanks to all who helped make our 13th Jett Golf Classic successful! A wonderful day of golf resulted in over $100,000 raised to help those with Duchenne. Thank you! See below for photos from this day of golf for a great cause.

In other good news, we are thrilled with the FDA's release of Draft Guidance on Duchenne. It's productive and helping our community that the FDA is paying attention to Duchenne. Jett Foundation is excited to dig into the Guidance and see what the FDA has to say. We will be submitting comments during the open comment period. Stay tuned.

Your donations contnue to bring us all closer to the goal of ending Duchenne and providing a better world for those affected by the disease. Help us continue our critical work with a donation. Thank you!

Lastly, read below for the exciting things we have going on this summer - from Roundtables on Clinical Trials to a one day New Hampshire JettRide to Gals for Cal and Tri for Jett, we'd love to have you involved!

THANK YOU CONGRESSMAN KEATING!
Christine McSherry and Rep. Bill Keating in Washington, DC.

On Wednesday, an amendment authored by Rep. Bill Keating to increase funding for Duchenne research passed the House floor and will be included in the Department of Defense Appropriations bill.

This is great news - read more here.

Help say thanks to Congressman Keating on social media or send him an email! Your letters, emails and calls paid off!

LEARN MORE ABOUT CLINICAL TRIALS
Do you want to learn more about clinical trials?
We can help. Join one of our roundtable discussions.

Currently, there are approximately 62 ongoing clinical trials for Duchenne listed on clinical trials.gov. Several pharmaceutical companies have therapeutics in the approval process with possible approvals for at least 3 drugs in 2016. It is an exciting time for Duchenne, but it can also be confusing for those who have to make important decisions for their loved ones.

The Jett Foundation is partnering with other Duchenne Alliance members as well as clinicians and other experts around the United States in a series of Regional Roundtable clinical trial discussions. These events will help to inform and create discussion around clinical trial options both locally and worldwide currently underway or recently completed.

Saturday, June 13th in Dublin, Ohio  Register here.
Saturday, July 25th in Los Angeles, CA
More locations to be determined.

THANK YOU GOLFERS!

It was an outstanding day of golf and fundraising at this year's Jett Golf Classic. With 165 golfers at Pinehills, we raised over $100,000 to fund work to end Duchenne and give those affected with the disease the best life possible.

Check out the photos.
