Auburn Alumni in Action in October
Join the Atlanta Auburn Club for local community service efforts
The Atlanta Auburn Club is participating this month in our national community service week, called "Auburn Alumni in Action." On Saturday, October 20, we will be collecting spare change at our viewing locations for Rally Foundation's 4 Quarters 4 Research program. The AU-founded charity focuses on children's cancer research. On Sunday, October 21, we are forming a group of Auburn volunteers to man one of the water stations in Piedmont Park for the 2012 Atlanta AIDS Walk. We will need volunteers between 11:30am - 3:30pm to pass out refreshments to the thousands of walkers who are raising money to support Atlanta area AIDS organizations. Support Auburn Golf Team October 19-21 in Metro Atlanta!
 The 2012 United States Collegiate Championship takes place at The Golf Club of Georgia in Alpharetta on October 19-21.
The field this year includes 11 of the Top 30 Preseason Ranked teams, including Auburn, Clemson, Duke, East Tennessee State, Georgia Tech, Iowa, Kent State, Oklahoma State, Southern California, Stanford, Texas A&M, UCLA, Virginia, Wake Forest, and Washington. Auburn Tigers are invited to come out and support the team! For the entire weekend, children 16 years and under are admitted free to the event. Grounds badges for adults for all three days are $20 each with All-Inclusive Hospitality Badges available that include food, soft drinks, and adult beverages for $250 for all three days.
