Starting tomorrow, August 29th, all seniors will have non-uniform dress on the last Friday of the month for the rest of the year.  Below is the non-uniform dress code which will be in effect for these days.  

 

 

Senior Non-Uniform Dress Requirements

The following  are not allowed:

  • No clothing which expresses any alcohol, sex, and/or drug motifs.
  • No half shirts, spaghetti-strap sun dresses, cut-off shorts, mini-skirts, and short shorts. 
  • No tube tops, bare midriffs and backs, oversized and /or baggy clothing.
  • No hats, bare feet, sleeveless tee shirts, and earrings on boys.
  • No flip flops. Shoes with a sole and socks must be worn.
  • No tank tops for boys or girls.
  • No gym shorts or bathing suit shorts.
  • No yoga pants.
  • No sweats or sweat suit outfits.
  • No ripped or torn pants and/or blue jeans.

The following are allowed:

  • Blue Jeans
  • Tee shirts
  • Shorts with at least a six-inch inseam
  • Skirt and dress length must be 4-inches from the middle of the knee

Students who go beyond the school's idea of appropriate non-uniform dress will not be allowed in class.  Parents will be called to bring appropriate clothing.

 

All other dress code and appearance rules apply.  Example - boys must still be clean shaven and hair kept at the middle of the ear, above the eyebrow in the front, above the collar in the back and tapered from top to bottom.
