When all else fails...

The Miami River Valley in western Ohio was once home to many paper mills.  Old and obsolete, most have been shut down.  The city of Hamilton, Ohio has been particularly hard hit.  This story from their local paper shows how they are revitalizing these properties and bringing new jobs to their town.  It should be inspiring for all in the EDA field.
