Last week 120 of your friends, colleagues and clients were on hand as KEDA debuted seven engaging new 90-second videos at the 2013 Kitsap Economic Development Alliance Annual Meeting. The videos and the fresh new Kitsap Connected webpage were presented by project producer, Hal Calbom of Sustainable Media Group. Hal explained that this project is a result of a vision that he and KEDA Executive Director, John Powers hatched early in 2012 as a vehicle for "telling and selling the Kitsap story". "We recognized that there was a compelling story to be told here and fortunately, eight of KEDA's investor-partners also saw the possibilities and opportunities and stepped up to provide funding for the project."

The star of Kitsap Connected is Work+Life, a 10-minute video featuring conversations with more than 40 Kitsap business people and community leaders, representing a diverse collection of organizations, who relate to the viewer on a person-to-person basis and make a compelling case for Kitsap. Work+Life and Talent, the first of eight total 90-second videos, were launched on January 29th at KEDA's Economic Forecast event and are available alongside the seven new 90-second Kitsap Connections at  www.kitsapconnected.org
