Dear Parents,

The Education in Virtue curriculum has a wonderful resource on their website where you can learn about each virtue.  Please CLICK HERE to view.  As we focus on Patience, I copied the helpful definition:

Patience: Bearing present difficulties calmly

LOOKS LIKE
Waiting without complaining
Raising your hand and waiting for your teacher to call on you
Raising your hand and waiting calmly for the teacher to answer your question
Waiting in line for lunch
Bearing your own difficulties

SOUNDS LIKE
I will wait for you.
I will wait for my turn.
I will raise my hand and wait for my teacher to call on me.
I will wait my turn. I will not push or cut ahead in line.
Jesus, I trust in You! I will not complain.

I hope that as a faith community we can grow together in the practice of virtue as we move through the school year.

"Remaining in Jesus" together,

Nathan WrightI h
