Dear Parents,

Happy Catholic Schools Week! This week we celebrate the great gift that St. Francis Xavier School is to so many. We thank you for your generous and faithful support of our school. We kicked off Catholic Schools Week over the weekend with a special display titled "Faces of Mercy". Each of our students painted a self portrait that we included on a giant wall. The overall effect was powerful; each of our students is unique, precious, and beautiful. We are proud that our school can help these young people to become a "Face of Mercy" for a hurting world.

IF YOU ARE NOT RETURNING PLEASE CONTACT THE SCHOOL TO STOP THE AUTO DRAFT ON OR BEFORE FEBRUARY 18, 2016.

RE-ENROLLMENT FORMS ARE DUE FRIDAY. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT.

Re-enrollment for current students will end on Friday, February 5, 2016 and registration will open for new families. Re-enrollments received after February 5, 2016 may not be guaranteed space availability and fee will be $175.

MARDI GRAS GALA THIS WEEK!

GET YOUR TICKETS ON SALE WHILE THEY LAST! IN THE SCHOOL OFFICE $30 EACH.

On Friday February 5th, students will have a chance to view the raffle items and buy raffle tickets. Please send money to school on Friday if they want to buy raffle tickets. Raffle tickets $1.00 each.
Friday February 5th is the last day to buy your Gala ticket. Tickets will not be sold at the door. We currently have a limited number of Gala tickets left.
We are still in need of volunteers to work a one hour shift the night of the Gala. If you are interested please email Tonya Balducci at tonyabalducci@yahoo.com . The volunteer schedule and instructions will be sent out later this week. All volunteers will need to purchase a Gala ticket.

Only days away, don't forget to buy your Gala and sweepstakes tickets. Gala tickets are not sold at the door.

Mardi Gras Gala tickets are on sale. Look for the order form and flyer attached to this Monday Memo. Tickets are $30 each which includes admission into the Gala, food, one drink ticket and $500 of "play" money for the gaming tables. Gala tickets will not be sold at the door and childcare will not be provided. Sweepstakes tickets go on sale January 19th, more information to follow next week.

The Gala will feature over 100 items to win including: free school lunches for one year, a Panama City Beach condo vacation, Star Wars "The Force Awakens" autographed movie poster, Wind Creek Casino package, Jump in front of the Carpool line, Walt Disney Word Tickets and gift certificates to restaurant, local attractions, day spas and much more!

Get your tickets early as this event sells out each year. There is still time for you or your business to become a Gala sponsor. This is a wonderful opportunity to promote your business to our school and parish while supporting St. Francis Xavier School. Thank you for helping us kick off CSW by wearing uniforms to Mass. All students who wore their uniform to Mass this past weekend may dress out of uniform this Friday, February 4th. Parents, please send a signed note verifying that your student wore their uniform to Mass. Thank you!
