Texas Book Festival, October 25-26, 2014 

 

Established in 1995 by Laura Bush, the Texas Book Festival  has evolved into one of the premier literary events in the country. Over 250 authors are handpicked by the festival selection committee to head up a diverse schedule, and more than 40,000 book lovers from around the state flock to Austin to enjoy readings, panel discussions, book signings, cooking demonstrations, music, local food, and more.
