GWCI Survey of Cancer Survivors
GWCI is conducting a survey of cancer survivors to gather information on education programs that adult cancer survivors have gone to or used and on the educational needs and preferences of adult cancer survivors. This information will help institutions create better programs to prepare adult cancer survivors for life after treatment.
