Quality Improvement Tools for Patient-Centered Programs

New Modules Added on Health Promotion and Care Coordination
The Cancer Survivorship E-Learning Series  is a free continuing education program that provides a forum to educate primary care providers (PCPs) who may have patients who are cancer survivors about how to better understand and care for survivors in the primary care setting. Continuing education credits (CEs) are available at no cost to participants for each 1-hour module.

GWCI Survey of Cancer Survivors

GWCI is conducting a survey of cancer survivors to gather information on education programs that adult cancer survivors have gone to or used and on the educational needs and preferences of adult cancer survivors.  This information will help institutions create better programs to prepare adult cancer survivors for life after treatment. If you would like more information regarding the survey or a flyer with additional information to distribute to cancer survivors, please contact Liz Hatcher, RN, BSN, at eohatcher@gwu.edu.
