Breaking into the Industry
Working the retail floor

In an op-ed written by veteran sporting goods professional Dave Fogelson, The Best Route to Getting a Job in Sports, Fogelson breaks down what attributes will make a sporting goods professional successful and how they can all be learned by working in a retail store. LinkedIn Launches University Pages
Connect with your school

Are you looking to connect with your current university or find out more about prospective graduate schools? LinkedIn recently launched University Pages and lowered the age requirement for joining LinkedIn to 14 in an attempt to encourage students to network around their school. The University Pages are designed to help students connect with the university and alumni and to gain insight into the school environment. Read more about the new University Pages here.
