Here's a little bit about us and what we're looking for:
Bohemia Realty Group is a boutique real estate firm that specializes in Upper Manhattan rentals and sales, and we're looking for agents (currently licensed or not.) If you've ever been interested in New York real estate and want to find out more, come talk to us! We'll tell you about:
- the process of becoming a sales agent
- the in-depth training new agents receive so they can go
out and immediately begin closing
- the exclusive listings we've cultivated over the past
fifteen+ years - no competition from hundreds of other
brokers
- the concept of the independent contractor; the ability to
work when you want, for yourself
- how to work smart, not hard, by efficiently focusing in
specific neighborhoods, on many buildings at once
- the team mentality and having the support of the group
