SATURDAY CLASSIC (GRADES 5-12)

Your first trip is Saturday, November 29th at Wild Mountain.  Don't worry if you can't make it due to the holidays.  We'll be happy to see you next week at Trollhaugen. Here's what you need to know!

Classic Member Orientation (5th-12th grades): If you are new to Classic this year, be sure to stop at one of the New Member Orientation tables.  Staff will teach you "the Blizzard way" -- help you find the Lesson Cones, Classification, friends to ski/ride and eat lunch with and check in during the day.  It's a must do for all new Classic members.  No need to pre-register.  You're already in and we're waiting for you! Look for the yellow signs on the tables in the chalet.

Classification: If you are new to Blizzard or don't remember what color you were last year, head over to Lesson Cone #1 at 10:00am to be Classified.  Our Examiners will watch you ski/board, talk to you a bit and let you know your starting color level.  From there, you will head to your Color  Level lesson.

Color Level Lessons:  Be sure to check the lesson schedule online, on the bus or at the Blizzard Table in the chalet. Not all color lessons are offered at each lesson time.  But, you can always do a Ski/Ride With Me at all lesson times.  Ask at Lesson Cone #1 or the Blizzard Table in the chalet.

Lesson Times:  Lessons are always at 10:00am, 12:15pm and 2:00pm and last 90 minutes. Be a few minutes early to the Cones.  Lessons go out right on time!

Testing:  You will ski/ride at your Color Level each week, until your instructor lets you know you have mastered the skills at that level and you are ready to test out!  Testing is always at 2:00pm at the Lesson Cones.

Blizzard Table:  What time are lessons?  Forgot your gloves? Lost your lift ticket?  Head to the Blizzard Table in the chalet for anything you may need. Blizzard staff are there all day to help you out!

Remember to respond to your evite by Thursday at 8pm.

If you do not rsvp by the deadline, you will not have a space reserved on the bus nor a confirmed lift ticket.

NOTE: Sunday Classic begins Sunday, January 11, 2015!
