Todd Jordan
Greetings:

According to 2 Kings 5, General Naaman led the forces of Aram on many raids against the people of Israel. To say that he was their enemy would be a gross understatement. So you can imagine his surprise when his wife's servant, who happens to be an Israelite, informs him that his leprous skin condition can be cured by a prophet from Israel. The prophet, it turns out, is none other than Elisha. But how will Elisha respond to his enemy's request, and how will God use Elisha to impact the General from Aram along with all those involved? Join me this Sunday to find out as we celebrate the God who Heals.

 Dr. Todd Jordan,

 Senior Pastor

The June Mission Offering-Humble Area Assistance Ministry Back-to-School

The mission offering this month will be for HAAM's Back to School program.  This program provides basic school supplies for school aged children from families needing assistance.  We will be collecting notebook paper and construction paper.  The VBS children will also be collecting supplies. Please place donations on the Missions table in the Activity Corridor.

  Monetary donations are also welcome.

 Give Blood

Save the date for our next Blood Drive which will be held on July 26th from 8:30 a.m. till 1:00 p.m. in the Strawbridge

parking lot.   You can sign up on Sunday, July 12th and Sunday, July 19th here at SUMC in the Activity Corridor. You may also donate on a "walk-in" basis.  Besides making a life-saving

difference in as many as three lives for each donation, there are other rewards and incentives for "Commit for Life" donors. Please consider doing something self-less this summer - be a blood donor and save a life.
