Todd Jordan
Greetings:

How did the Christian message spread throughout Asia Minor-modern day Turkey-in the first century? Think about it. The culture was ferociously pagan, hedonism ran rampant, and values were based on power, wealth, class and what was best for Rome and the Emperor. So how did a relatively unknown Jew by the name of Paul convince the empire that another relatively unknown Jew named Jesus-who by the way was crucified for heresy and treason in Jerusalem-was actually the Son of God, with values diametrically opposed to those currently in place? Join me this month as we begin a new sermon series, Turkey Talk (just in time for Thanksgiving!), and explore the history, culture and context surrounding the first century Christian movement.

                       Dr. Todd Jordan,

                       Senior Pastor
