Children can serve God during worship (and gain confidence).

We will be having a training session on Sunday, Sept.7th at 12:15pm in the Student Activity Center. Pizza will be served. This is for new and trained acolytes and their parents. Missions

August Mission Focus

Feed My Lambs is an outreach ministry supported by volunteers from local churches and service organizations. Every Tuesday and Thursday lunches are delivered to approximately 90 needy residents of White Oak Apartments in Porter.

The Strawbridge team participates on the 3rd Thursday each month. We serve the elderly and the wheelchair bound. We serve children and hard-working parents who struggle with financial issues, and we serve those who are fighting cancer and other serious ailments-all living in poverty. We deliver a nourishing brown-bag lunch along with our love and concern, letting these folks know that God loves them.

You can be a big part of this ministry-a donation of only $1 fills one lunch bag and we know you'll want to give more! If you would like help prepare and deliver lunches, please contact:

Diane McCabe at dianemccabe222@gmail.com.
