What if Jesus came and went and no one shared the story? What if the disciples went back to their daily routines as if nothing had happened, and never bothered to remember all Jesus taught and did? This of course is unthinkable. Yet we so often take the story of Christ for granted: that it did happen, that it is being shared and that it will always be remembered. But by whom? Who is responsible for the story of Jesus Christ and what it means for our world? Come hear more this Sunday when I preach on John 21:4-19  and Choose to Be Part of God's Story!

Kids 1st Sunday,

July 6th, 5-7 pm

 

Kids 1st would like to invite our new incoming 3rd graders to our monthly event!  We meet on the first Sunday of each month for an evening of faith, fun and fellowship!  Friends are always welcome!  A $3.00 snack supper will be available.  Those students who have just completed the 5th grade are still welcome to join us in July and August!  We are looking forward to meeting all our newest Kid's 1st kiddos!  Parents-please enter the church through the doors under the carport and fill out a short information sheet before dropping off your children.  Thanks!  If you have any questions, please contact Kristi Kreischer at 832-527-0310.

Women's Game Night

 

Join us for Women's Game Night on July 24th at 7:00 pm at Strawbridge United Methodist Church.  This month we are going to "mash" it up. Mission outreach will be socks and underwear for children to help with back to school.  We will have a baked potato bar so we will need toppings.  

We are playing Bunko so come join us, be part of a mission outreach, and come have fun "mashing" it up with us!
