This discussion based class will challenge us to look at the radical and life-changing ways that Grace finds us, and the way that its power can change our lives and the life of the church. Gather at SUMC 5:00, 5:15 send out teams, 6:30 teams meet at CiCi's for supper and devo, HUNTING FOR GOD.

Rev. Emily Bankston will become Strawbridge UMC's Children's Minister effective May 1, 2014.

Rev. Bankston grew up in Nacogdoches, Texas. Emily earned her masters in Christian education from Garrett Theological Seminary and was commissioned as a Deacon in the LA UMC Conference in June 2013. Emily has one dog, Reilly, and enjoys shopping, fishing, and sports of all kinds, especially golf and basketball. She also loves missions - especially in Haiti.   

Vacation Bible School          June 23-27

                           We'll explore the world of Weird

                   Animals and discover Jesus' love is one-of-a kind.

•  9:30 am - 12:00 pm
•  Vacation Bible School is for children ages 3 yr (as of 9/1/13) through completed 5th graders.
• Cost: $5 per child (includes t-shirt and Friday Lunch)
