"What's So Amazing About Grace?"

Following the 3 Simple Rules to do no harm, do good, and stay in love with God requires lots of Grace. This discussion based class will challenge us to look at the radical and life-changing ways that Grace finds us, and the way that its power can change our lives and the life of the church. Our spring blood drive will be held Sunday,

 April 13th (Palm Sunday) from 8:30-1:00 in the donor coach in the parking lot. Appointment times are still available-mostly during and after the 2nd service.  If you don't have an appointment, they will take you on a walk-in basis and work you into the schedule.  Your "Gift of Life" is important  members of our church family have needed and received blood given by donors just like you. Please make this your Easter gift to our  community.

Rev. Emily Bankston will become Strawbridge UMC's Children's Minister effective May 1, 2014.

Rev. Bankston grew up in Nacogdoches, Texas. Emily earned her masters in Christian education from Garrett Theological Seminary and was commissioned as a Deacon in the LA UMC Conference in June 2013. Emily has one dog, Reilly, and enjoys shopping, fishing, and sports of all kinds, especially golf and basketball. She also loves missions - especially in Haiti.

•  Vacation Bible School is for children ages 3 yr (as of 9/1/13) through completed 5th graders.
