Thanksgiving Week Hours
Please note: This is a repeat from last weeks newsletter; if you read it last week, go ahead an skip this part.
We're here again, teetering on the brink of the holiday season. There's already been so much talk on social media about which stores are going to be open on Thanksgiving, which stores aren't, where are the best Black Friday deals, and what about Small Business Saturday? Cyber Monday?! Yikes! I almost forgot that one! It's enough to make a person a little weary of it all. Now, I know a lot of you really enjoy preparing for the holidays: the baking, the decorating, parties, family get-togethers, Christmas music...all the good stuff. Such a fun time. But I know something else. I know that for lots of folks, the holidays are a very stressful, maybe even lonely time. With this in mind, my wish for the next 6 weeks is for Double Ewe to be an oasis of calm. An escape. A respite. So, we won't be having any crazy Black Friday hours (just our normal ones); on Small Business Saturday, we hope you'll support small businesses such as Double Ewe, but we hope that all year long. We might play Christmas music now and then, but not all day every day. Really, I love the holidays, but I don't love the frenzy. So, if you need a break, come to the shop, settle in, knit or crochet a bit, breath deep and exhale. Things will calm down soon. Thanksgiving Week Hours We'll be open our regular hours this week, except on Thanksgiving Day: Tuesday 10-9 Weds 10-6 Thanksgiving Day Closed Friday 10-6 Saturday 9 - 5

Interchangeable Needles Galore!
We have a lot of interchangeable choices at Double Ewe, and deciding on the set that best suits your knitting style can be tricky. Size ranges, tip lengths, pointiness, needle lengths, in different cases, all at different prices. It gets so confusing! To help sort things out, I've updated our annual Interchangeable Comparison spreadsheet. Currently we have 13 different sets from which to choose - I hope this helps a bit. Learn more >

The funny thing about this poncho (pictured above), is that, so far, it fits everybody who tries it on, so it seems like a good idea to call it Everybody's Poncho. Our sample was knit with Chalet from Classic Elite, but we've got other choices as well.
