Domenica Coka, senior, received a Blumey nomination for "Best Actress."  She will audition in-front of a panel of judges (date to be announced) to determine the final competitors.  The Blumey Awards Ceremony takes place on May 21, 2017 in the Belk Theatre at the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center.  Congratulations, Domenica!

Three high school art students had their work accepted to be published in the next edition of Celebrating Art.  They are Anna Merrick, Ivy Tang and Chris Zhang.  In June, an announcement will be made for two special recognition categories: high merit and top ten.  The Celebrating Art organization and contest exists to showcase student art from all over North America and it is an honor to have work chosen to be published.

Several classes in Middle and High School require auditions that are held in May for the following year.  If your child is interested in these classes (Ignite Band, Faith in Motion, movement149 or The Studio), please click here for dates and times of these auditions.  All three classes require a student contract with a parent signature in order to audition.  Several classes require students to sign up for an audition time.
