War of the Foodies Rules:

With so many great cooks, we had to make a few rules in order to really challenge them a bit:
1. The theme is Authentic Southern Food. 2. The department must be able to feed at least 40 people for under $50. 3. Receipts MUST be provided unless proof that the food was actually home grown is provided instead. (Yes, we have several gardeners too!) 4. The department must serve a protein, a starch, and a vegetable. 5. This year, only customers will get to rate the food.
