Outside buyer in California
PPCLOAN provided a loan to purchase a $4.45 million earned premium Allstate agency. The loan covered 86% of the purchase price and the difference was met by the seller holding a note for 9% of the purchase price and the buyer making a cash injection for the remaining 5%.
