It is usually the most important things in life and work that we must take the personal initiative to invest in and work on. These items do not urgently appear in our inboxes. PPCLOAN secured fixed rate financing for 97% of the purchase price for the $3.52M earned premium agency. The remaining 3% of the purchase price was met by the buyer making a cash down payment. The 12 year loan term, as well as the minimal cash injection, allowed the buyer to be in a strong financial position to invest in his agency in the years to come.
