As we enter the second half of 2014, PPCLOAN is more prepared than ever to accept and approve loan packages for individuals looking to purchase Farmers Insurance agencies. When we first learned that a new contract was available to Farmers agents that would provide them with an equitable interest in their agencies, we slowly gathered knowledge about the opportunity to see if it would fit our business model. After significant early due diligence, we dipped our toe in the water and did our first few deals to see how our product fit the needs of prospective borrowers. To date, the feedback has been good and we are ready to ramp up loan volume.

Consistent & Reliable Source of Funds
One of the unique aspects of our lending program to insurance professionals is we have multiple sources of funds to help fit the needs of each individual customer. During the economic downturn of 2008, some lenders went away due to tighter lending requirements, but we stayed the course and had our best years ever. Not only did we significantly increase our brand awareness during this time, but those customers still see significant value in our relationship since we were there when others were not.

Today, we still have multiple lending partners who each have unique desired borrower profiles, and that means we can structure financing for most qualified candidates. Having a reputable lender with a consistent need for loan demand is vital to a robust lending market for these businesses.

Deal Spotlight
A former Financial Specialist for Farmers Insurance left their position to join the agent side of Farmers and acquired a solid book of business. The agency was purchased for just over the contract value and we provided nearly 100% financing over a ten year repayment term at a competitive fixed interest rate. The ten year repayment term gives the customer flexibility to invest more monies into the agency and the fixed interest rate provides a level of certainty when it comes to long-term budgeting. 
 
We Would Love to Participate
We pride ourselves in being available to attend meetings and seminars, as well as participate in conference calls with agents and management personnel. With more involvement in this market, we will build a better understanding of how we can best serve Farmers Insurance agents to make our relationship mutually beneficial.
