PPCLOAN was privileged to attend the Allstate National Forum meeting in Las Vegas in March. It was a great meeting to attend and the overall vibe was extremely positive. Many people live their lives pointing the finger at their external circumstances. They find themselves going from hilltop to hilltop searching for the best grass. However, what they do not realize is that the grass is going to be the greenest where they water it. The most successful Allstate agents we work with realize that success starts with them rather than the perfect external conditions.

DEAL HIGHLIGHTS
An existing agent in California refinanced their existing business debt and secured funds for working capital. The total loan amount was 2.45 times the agent's existing Allstate commission income.

An outside buyer in Nevada purchased a $2.19M earned premium agency selling for 1.94 times. PPCLOAN provided financing for 98% of the purchase price and the buyer made a cash down payment for the remainder.

An existing agent in California purchased a $3.3M earned premium agency. PPCLOAN provided financing for 89% of the purchase price with the seller holding the remaining 11%.
