Cash flow is king One of the most significant determinants in securing the highest possible loan amount is the global cash flow of the transaction which considers all of the revenues and expenses from the agency, as well as the income needs of the buying agent. For example, a buyer with $100,000 wage requirement will qualify for less financing than a buyer with a $40,000 wage requirement.

An outside buyer in New York purchased a $2.51M earned premium agency selling for 2.62 times. PPCLOAN provided financing for 85% of the purchase price and the buyer made a 15% cash injection.
An existing agent in Indiana purchased a $2.73M earned premium agency selling for 2.38 times. PPCLOAN provided financing for 100% of the purchase price.
