Banker3rd Quarter Allstate Agency Value Index
The 3rd Quarter AAVI will be released this week and as the analysis will explain, Allstate Agency values hit a four year high. Be sure to check out the report to learn why. Also in the report is a short article on Succession Planning that agents and their managers will be interested to see.

RefinanceOctober Deal Highlights
 
An existing agent in New Hampshire was provided with 97% financing to purchase a $2.01M earned premium agency. The balance was met with a cash injection from the buyer.

An outside buyer in New York purchased a $1.6M earned premium agency for 2.16 times. Financing for 85% of the purchase price was provided with the seller holding the remaining 15%

An existing agent in Illinois refinanced his debt load and realized and improvement in monthly cash flow of over $3,000.
