Lutheran Church of Hope and Meals from the Heartland have teamed up for a combination meal packaging event to benefit the DMARC Food Pantry Network! We will be packaging taco rice and chili macaroni combination meal packets that will be distributed throughout DMARC's network.

We are in need of 40 volunteers for this event, so if you have a workplace team or small group, this could be a great way for you to help the community on a Friday afternoon!

Our goal is to package 4,000 of each recipe, for a total of 8,000 combination meals. Can you help us meet this goal?

Looking for a one-time volunteer opportunity in an office setting? We need one or more volunteers to help us identify survey respondents who live in food deserts. This volunteer project involves a small amount of computer knowledge. You will run queries of addresses and record census tract information. We are in need of a volunteer who is able to pick up bread from the Jordan Creek Hy-Vee at West Lakes and 74th every Tuesday and Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. during the month of March. Vehicle required. Training will be provided.
