Here are just a few of the wasy DMARC programs have impacted lives:

• Thirteen partner food pantries served over 34,000 individuals in 2013, more than half of whom are children and youth.
• Over 15,000 families were provided short-term food, rent, utility, and childcare assistance. Each month, about 4,000 families received services through DMARC programs.
• The food equivalent of more than 1.6 million meals was distributed.
• About 1,000 people received assistance with rent, utility bills and childcare.
• Launched the 1435 Mulberry Street Initiative - a relocation of the DMARC offices and the food pantry warehouse, helping stabilize the emergency food system in Polk County.
