Entrepreneurial Communities Update
February 2016
Get Started with New Research Tool
We've just released a new research tool, Development Opportunity Profile, designed to help communities better understand their place - the regional context and trends in population, employment and income that can impact community prosperity. This is a first-step tool to help you build a smarter game plan and a brighter future. With this profile, we'll also identify the primary drivers of your community's economy so you'll be in a better position to focus in on your community's genuine development opportunities.

To see this tool in action, download the profile used in Jackson County, Arkansas as an example. You'll learn about Jackson County's development opportunities and how leaders might use this information as they plan for their future.

"At a recent multi-state regional conference, I had very positive feedback from our clients. Everyone was very impressed with the quality of the Development Opportunity Profiles, especially considering the incredibly low cost. I'll be contacting our rural clients (spread across 30+ states) and encouraging them to consider getting a Profile for their community. In the words of one client, 'This is a no-brainer.'"
Kay Reynolds, President, Tools for Business Success
