For the past several years, the United States has been facing economic challenges. One solution for building out of this downturn is to invest time, energy and dollars into your community. This month's newsletter highlights the importance of Transfer of Wealth in an economic slump. Find a registration link to a National TOW Webinar below and much more.
Dollars for Development
When times are tough, as they are and have been for a while now, we need investment in our communities and regions more than ever. But how do you find the dollars for development when local, state and federal resources are so constrained? We believe there is potential in the Transfer of Wealth that is occurring across the country - one generation to the next - and especially in older rural places. To help you understand the potential, realize the opportunity and capture wealth for the future, consider joining this week's national webinar - Wednesday, May 22nd, 1-2pm ET. Ahmet Binerer, Senior Associate at the Center, and Jeffrey R. Pickering, President and CEO of California's Kern Community Foundation, will share research and practice related to the Transfer of Wealth. To lean more, including how to register, click here.
