Keys No. 2 - Smart Game Plan
|
In January 2013, we introduced a new series focused on " Keys to Growing Entrepreneurial Communities." In February, we explored the first key, addressing local responsibility in economic development. This month, we introduce in more detail the second key - a smart game plan. In today's highly competitive and challenging environment, there is little room for being wrong. This paper addresses the building blocks for visioning, crafting and implementing a smart economic development game plan.Time for a refresh in your community? Maybe this paper can help launch a discussion with your stakeholders. Drop me an email with your questions, comments and push back at don@e2mail.org.
