Dear Fellow Congregants,

At the GRS Annual Meeting, starting at 7 pm on Wednesday June 18, we look forward to updating you on the events of the past year and our plans for the coming one, as we move forward with the construction of our new home.

As you may recall, architect Mark Thompson presented the plans last June.  Since then, we obtained unanimous approval from the Inland Wetlands & Watercourses Agency, and have slowly been making our way through the approvals process with the Planning and Zoning Commission, Zoning Board of Appeals, and Architectural Review Committee.  Mark will update you on the design plans, and our owners' rep, Carmelo Cicero of Strategic Business Solutions  will clarify the details of the construction process.

The meeting will take place at St. Catherine of Siena Church, 4 Riverside Avenue, in classroom 104-105 in the O'Connor Center, the school building adjacent to the church.  St. Catherine's is just across the Post Road from the GRS office.  Our meeting with start promptly with a light supper at 7 pm, followed by the business of the meeting (budget, elections, etc.,) the presentation by Mark Thompson and Carmelo Cicero, presidential remarks, benediction and adjournment.
