Pikes Peak United Way 2-1-1 is proud to be a member of the 2-1-1 Colorado Collaborative ensuring border-to-border coverage for those in need in our state. In November of 2010, the Collaborative launched 24 hours a day, 7 days a week service, which allowed Coloradans to be connected to information and referral whenever they needed it. After 27 months of service, a decision was made by the Collaborative to discontinue 24/7 service as the amount of calls throughout the state did not warrant the need for that availability. On March 24th, reduced hours were announced and starting May 1, 2013, each region will determine their hours of availability. 2-1-1 will continue to provide first-rate, comprehensive and accurate information and we are proud to announce that on May 1st, PPUW 2-1-1 will be available Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM. By adding 2 hours during the week, we anticipate being able serve those in need prior to and after their work day.
CLIENT SATISFACTION SURVEY
The survey asks 7 questions and asks each person to rate their experience on a scale from 1 to 5, with 1 being the least satisfied and 5 being completely satisfied for 6 of those. Additionally, the final question measures the percentage of those who used the referrals given to them during their initial 2-1-1 call.
