February  2014 Vol. 5 Issue 7

Dear Friends,

With snowfall after snowfall on Long Island this year, it does seem like winter will never end!  But spring is actually four weeks away, and I assure you that we can count on digging out.

Speaking of digging out, the commercial real estate market has rebounded nicely.  Our office has recently closed two transactions on behalf of Progressive Insurance, leased a new Farmingdale 25,000 square foot distribution center to Sid Harvey, sold a 33,000 square foot building in Hauppauge to Mobile Fleet, and helped ELIJA, a school for children with autism, find a new home in Levittown.   Because our office is busy, very busy and we are looking for help - administrative, IT, and brokers.  See our website for more details if you know someone looking for a position.

If the winter has wreaked havoc with your roof, parking lot, or caused any other problems with your commercial property, give us a call and we'll take a look, make recommendations, and if desired give a quote to remediate.  It never hurts to get another bid!

May our spring be warm and soon.

"Oh the possibilities!"

The first step is ascertaining what we need.  This involves discovery on our part, and takes some time of yours.  We would like to know a lot about your present situation - your products or services, your employees, physical needs, financial health (crucial for real estate financing or leasing), past growth curve, anticipated growth and timetable.  What is happening with your present real estate?  Is there a lease expiration that must
