UTO Ingathering-Pentecost Sunday, June 8
Gracious God, source of all creation, all love, all true joy: accept, we pray, these outward signs of our profound and continuing thankfulness for all of life. Keep each of us ever thankful for all the blessings of joy and challenge that come our way. Bless those who will benefit from these gifts through the outreach of the United Thank Offering. This we ask through Him who is the greatest gift and blessing of all, Jesus Christ. Amen.
Our Stone Mountain Co-op Commitment
St. Michael and All Angels will begin our annual commitment to staff the co-op wtih volunteers, beginning Monday, June 23, through July 11, 2014, on Mondays and Wednesdays, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 pm.
The co-op is closed on Fridays during the summer months.
Volunteers are asked to sign up to cover a shift or two
if you are able to help in this vital ministry for our community.
The list will be on the table in the Narthex, or you may call Bonny
Collins at 404-290-2435 or e-mail at bonny.collins@hotmail.com.
We will need at least two volunteers for each date during our assignment period. Also, please remember to supply grocery and paper product items throughout the summer months when the children are home from school, and keep the co-op shelves stocked. Thank you in advance for your co-operation and participation.

CHANGE IN SUNDAY SCHOOL TIME Having started April 6, 2014, Sunday School for both Youth Groups is now being held between services. We will meet from 9:15 to 10:15 AM on a weekly basis. Some of our children asked for this change. We hope this return to a weekly class schedule will result in more continuity to the lessons and also allow the children time to fully participate in the weekly Eucharist. If your child needs a ride to church, please respond to the emails that have been sent regarding this issue or email Marty at
Ergosol@aol.com. Thank you. Your Sunday School teachers
