This program is based on clinically studied weight management programs designed by Metagenics. Depending on your own personal situation, we will determine which weight loss product you should use. Classes will include education on all aspects of weight loss--proper nutrition, movement, and help in dealing with the feelings that hold us back from weight loss. Cost of the program is $185 for 11 sessions, plus the cost of the protein supplement/shake. Please call Lynn with any questions (847) 864-1600.
