The Patriot Threat by Steve Berry
When Cotton Malone's former boss asks him to track a rogue North Korean who may have acquired some top secret Treasury Department files, he's vaulted into a harrowing 24-hour chase. With appearances by Franklin Roosevelt, Andrew Mellon, a curious painting that still hangs in the National Gallery of Art, and some eye-opening revelations from the $1 bill, this riveting, non-stop adventure is trademark Steve Berry -- 90% historical fact, 10% exciting speculation -- a provocative thriller posing a dangerous question: What if the Federal income tax is illegal?

Dream a Little Dream by Kerstin Gier
Liv's dreams have been pretty weird lately. Especially the one where she's in a graveyard at night, watching four boys conduct dark magic rituals. The strangest part is that Liv recognizes the boys in her dream. They're classmates from her new school in London, the school where she's starting over because her mom has moved them to a new country (again). But what's really scaring Liv is that the dream boys seem to know things about her in real life, things they couldn't possibly know -- unless they actually are in her dreams? Luckily, Liv never could resist a good mystery, and all four of those boys are pretty cute....

Lockstep by Karl Schroeder
When I saw there was a new Karl Schroeder book, I didn't bother to see what it was about before I started reading, and I wasn't disappointed. The world of Lockstep is amazing, original, and makes sense. World-building on par with John C. Wright, coupled with adventure in the style of Heinlein. A must read for fans of Schroeder's previous books and anyone who loves science fiction with big ideas.
